Hamidu commends Rep's efforts

The member representing Madagali/Michika Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Honourable Titsi Ganama, has been described as a man of honour, honesty and sincerity.A traditional title holder from Mubi Emirate Council and Wali Mubi, Alhaji Hami Hamidu, stated this in his goodwill message at a thanksgiving and luncheon organised for the people of the Northern Senatorial District of Adamawa State by Honourable Ganama.The Wali Mubi said since he knew the House of Representatives member many years ago, he has never waivered in his good manner of uprightness.He said the people of the constituency were indeed, very lucky to have him as their representative in Abuja.He said Honourable Titsi Ganama, who was a former commissioner of Finance in the Boni Haruna's administration, has lived above board and was also very caring while in office, noting that he was far better than those who had been in government from the area before him.'Through network and goodwill, he went out of his way to look for patronage for the people of Madagali, Mubi and Michika,' he said. Also speaking at the occasion, Chief Yakubu Tsala, Shettima Mubi commended the lawmaker, describing him as a very reliable person he has known for about 50 years. The Shettima Mubi said they both started politics together while he was still in the university and by 1976, they started the politics of Mubi together.He said for the constituency to be able to build bridges of unity, understanding because of the way the country is going, it was obvious that the constituency needed people like him, noting that he is the one who can lead them to glory in their constituency.In his response, Honourable Titsa Ganama said he organised the thanksgiving and luncheon just to fulfill a promise he made long time ago to host the people of Michika, Madagali irrespective of their party image.He further admonished his people not to fail to call him to order any time they observed he was derailing because he was voted to represent them and by so doing, he must also protect their interest.
