ANY player who is not ready to respect local coaches will not be called to the Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi has warned.Keshi told members of the Super Eagles B team that he would monitor their behaviour as he released them to their clubs after weeks of camping and warm-up matches including a goalless game against Nations Cup-bound Angola.''You can never be a great player anywhere in the world if you do not respect your coaches, Keshi told the players.'I worked under Coach Willy Bazuaye and Chris Udemezue in the national camp and others like them, you people too must work under your current coaches with respect, because that is the only way to rediscover Nigerian football. I have given you little and I'm sure your club coaches will give you more, If I hear any negative thing about your conduct, forget the Super Eagles'.He again asked the players to give him the reason to invite majority of them to the national camp when the duel against Rwanda is at hand. 'I have rung the bell time and again and the promise I have for my players is for them to demonstrate their strength against weaker or stronger opposition and they will be invited for bigger action'.Keshi also explained his role and that of his assistant, Dan Amokachi at the Nations Cup.'The team is off camp and I have said I will always grab any opportunity to learn and I see the CAN 2012 Nations Cup as an opportunity to get fresh insight into coaching. I just wonder why people want to make the job of managing the national team difficult, when it's actually easy. If the NFF tells me otherwise I will respect their opinion and the officials know that I and my assistants are very loyal'.Keshi, also spoke on the camp site for the national team ahead of the duel against Rwanda on February 29, in Kigali. 'I have heard people quoting me and say I have proposed a number of countries as camping sites, there is nothing like that and at the appropriate time, we will know where we will camp for the all-important encounter against Rwanda.'.
