Varpal social network hits 15000 users in four months

THE Nigeria Internet community experienced an international face-lift on April 7 following the launching of her first ever social website Varpal.With just four months since it was launched, it has now recorded over 15,000 users and praises from different quarter.According to the developer, Christoper Columbus, a student of Ebonyi State University; said Varpal provides users with the platform to communicate and market their products to other users.'Users can also play games, watch videos, advertise, decorate their page, post and tag photos, share favorite product information,'like' their favorite celebrities and social causes, and more. There are options to set privacy settings, but they are difficult to find and tricky to set.'He added that Varpal offers registered users a fun way to keep in almost constant contact with friends, family, and acquaintances and every update adds another reason for heavy users to make Varpal an essential part of their lives.Colombus added people below the age of 13 are now allowed to use the platform'While developing the site as a Nigeria and an African we understand how we do our things so it was made way simpler than other popular social networking sites like facebook and twitter.'He added that Varpal is very useful to the youths, students, married folks and even the aged. Companies, schools, organizations etc can as well utilize the growing population of users in Varpal to promote their businesses through the creation of pages and timelines.'Apart from meeting new and lost Pals, and expanding ones horizon through friendship among others, there are very many other things you can achieve using this wonderful 'proudly Nigerian-Owned' Social Networking Site-Varpal. They include but not limited to social discussion pictures, videos and links sharing news feeds on latest gossips in Nigeriamusics and the-likes, brain teasing quizzes and jokes, buying and selling in form of classifieds forum and topic discussions, business promotion through advertising.
