Oil wells in the Niger Delta region are showing signs of drying up. That's according to the Director of Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Mr George Osahon. Speaking at a recent Nigeria Oil and Gas Conference in Abuja, Osahon said that the onshore part of Niger Delta was finally maturing, meaning its reserves are beginning to drop.
