2 items from Meghan Markle's clothing line are still for sale, even though it was supposed to be discontinued

Some items from Meghan Markle's Smart Set clothing line are still available, even though the collection was only supposed to run for four weeks back in September.A Marks and Spencer black shift dress and a Jigsaw blazer are still available on their respective sites.For every item initially purchased in the collection, another was donated to Smart Works, a charity that supports unemployed women.Smart Works did not respond to Insider when asked if this is still the case for the two items available online.Visit Insider's homepage for more stories.Two items from Meghan Markle's workwear clothing collection are still for sale, and it seems that nobody has noticed.The Duchess of Sussex's Smart Set collection was only supposed to be available for a limited time after its release back in September.Markle's friend Misha Nonoo, who collaborated on the collection, previously told Insider that the range would only run for a maximum of four weeks.The $32.50 Marks and Spencer shift dress is still available to purchase. However, while the item was previously available in pink, it is now only available in black and blue.The collection's $245 "Paris Jacket" from Jigsaw is also still available online."The capsule collection will be called The Smart Set and consists of the work wear essentials often needed to attend interviews and enter into the workplace: a perfect white shirt, an elegant blazer, well cut trousers, a dress that flatters everyone and the perfect tote," a spokesperson for the collection said at the time of release.The spokesperson added that for every item purchased, another will be donated to Smart Works, a charity that provides unemployed women with the essentials required to get back into the workplace.It is unclear whether sales from the items are still going towards Smart Works. While the product descriptions previously advertised them as being part of the collection, they no longer do.Smart Works and Buckingham Palace did not reply to Insider's request for comment.Insider also contacted Jigsaw and Marks and Spencer, both of which did not respond when asked about the proceeds of the collection.However, on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's official website Markle is still listed as patron of Smart Works, despite giving up her royal duties earlier this year.This could indicate that the former royal may plan to continue her work with the charity as a private citizen.Misha Nonoo, who designed the Smart Set shirt for the collection, previously told Insider how the duchess' main priority was to be size-inclusive."It was a priority from the outset.
