NASS Transmits Electoral Bill 2021 To Buhari

<blockquote>President Muhammadu Buhari has received the Electoral Bill 2021, which was recently passed by the National Assembly.<br><br>According to a brief statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters, Senator Babajide Omoworare, the bill was transmitted to Buhari on Friday.<br><br><br>He said the transmission was done in compliance to Section 53, subsection 3 of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) and the Acts Authentication Act 2004.<br><br>Please be informed that in pursuance of Section 58 (3) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) and the Acts Authentication Act Cap.
