Alesinloye assures on rapid development

The transition committee chairman of Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo State, Prince Abass Aleshinloye, has assured the people of rapid development.The council boss gave the assurance while hosting some community leaders in his office at Idi-Ayunre.Alesinloye said that he was appointed as chairman to serve the people of the local government area and to impact positively on their standard.He added that since being sworn in, he has been pursuing policies and programmes that will uplift the image of the council and better the lots of the residents.He said he was impressed with the cooperation and support given to his administration by workers in the council and appealed to the people to team up with the transition committee to better their lots.'We are ready to welcome advice and suggestions from the people on how to move the local government forward. We do not claim to know the solutions to all the problems facing our people. We want you to see us as team players,' he stated.In his response, one of the community leaders, Alhaji Tiamiyu Kasali, said that they were very proud of the remarkable achievements by the caretaker committee headed by Prince Alesinloye within the shortest period of time.Alhaji Kasali assured the chairman of the support and co-operation of people of the area for the several government policies and programmes.He added that the visit would be on a regular basis in order to exchange notes on the activities of the local government.
