One of the best means of determining the level of imparting knowledge, performance of an activity or obtaining the measurement of task undertaken is through assessment. This is the standard objective means of examining the level of work covered or the amount of knowledge imparted. It is instructive to note here, the operative word is objective assessment, not as a subjective exercise anchored on the whims and caprices of each individual assessor, who develops his or her own set of peculiar marking scheme and his or her assessment of task performed or questions answered.
