Girl trapped for two days next to dead father

A nine-year-old girl was found alive after spending two days trapped in the wreck of a car next to her dead father.Jordan Landon survived on Pop Tarts and energy drinks for 48 hours after her familys car crashed off the road in Craven County, North Carolina.CCTV footage from a local shop showed Douglas Landon, 39, and his daughter shopping before the accident on Friday night.On Sunday a man spotted the white car lying on its roof in an 18ft embankment.Jordan and her father were spotted on CCTV before the crashPolice officers said the car was travelling at more than 100mph at the time of the accident but people close to Mr. Landon said they do not believe he was speeding.Officials said alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the accident.Jordan is now recovering in hospital.
