It's designed to act as a virtual coach to help you achieve a healthier and more active life. </p><p>In the app, you can earn Heart Points, an activity goal created by Google Fit in collaboration with the American Heart Association, by completing moderate to intense activities. </p><p>The app also offers actionable tips to achieve daily activity and sleep goals, and you can use it to measure and track your progress. When you've achieved your daily goals, both circles will be completed.
